Open to students ages 3-6, this class emphasizes standing still and listening, and engages children in fun activities while promoting balance, self dicipline, and starts the fundimental karate skills.

Ninjas

Mon – Thurs 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Sat 10:30 am – 11:30 am

Ninjas class is for students ages 7-9 regardless of rank. Class focuses on the fundamentals of karate and building teamwork skills.

Samurai

Mon – Thurs 6:00 pm -7:00 pm

Sat 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

Our most advanced kids class. Open for students ages 9-12 regardless of rank. With students being older we work on more complicated drills designed to further their karate skills.

Adults

Mon – Thurs 7:00 pm-8:00 pm

Sat 9:00 am – 10:30 am

Open to students ages 13 and up regardless of rank. This class is designed to teach real self defense techniques as well as traditional karate.
