Lil’ Dragons
Mon – Thurs 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Sat 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Open to students ages 3-8, this class emphasizes standing still and listening, and engages children in fun activities while promoting balance, self dicipline, and starts the fundimental karate skills.
Ninjas
Mon – Thurs 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Sat 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Ninjas class is for students ages 8-16 regardless of rank. Class focuses on the fundamentals of karate and building teamwork skills.
Senshi
Mon – Thurs 7:30 pm-8:30 pm
Sat 9:00 am – 10:30 am
Open to students ages 17 and up regardless of rank or by invitation for younger advanced students. This class is designed to teach real self defense techniques as well as traditional karate.
