An important update on covid-19

How we hope to minimize the spread of this illness

Dear Students and Families,

It has come to our attention that the COVID-19 outbreak is requiring major action to be taken. We are viewing this health crisis as an opportunity to move to the new dojo. Due to both the move to the new dojo and the COVID-19 outbreak, we will be suspending normal classes until further notice. We are planning to reopen in the new dojo in 3-4 weeks, unless the health officials advise us otherwise. Ultimately, the health and well-being of our students and their families is of upmost importance and we will take any action necessary to keep everyone safe. If we do need to stay closed for longer, we will.

Although we are not having in person classes, we have created a plan to continue to provide training and feedback during this hiatus. If you wish to participate, please follow the steps below. You or your child will also receive attendance credit for each day they participate.

  1. Make sure you have the Dojo Login app (now called Dojo Login 2). If you have trouble logging in, please contact us ( and we will assist you.
  2. Check your requirements in the app
  3. Send  a video of you or your child performing their next requirement to
  4. A sensei will respond within 24 hours. We have a team of instructors on rotation who will be receiving videos and providing feedback. You may have a different sensei responding on different days.

We will continue to update you with more information when we have it. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at Please do not respond to this email address.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
